ICF Installers Inc. specializes in designing, engineering and building economically viable "green" buildings. Our structures are durable and environmentally friendly, with up to 5 times the energy efficiency of standard construction. When you start to read about the advantages of building with ICF, it's hard to believe builders are still using 2x6's to build walls.

When building using Insulated Concrete Forms, we stack polystyrene forms into the desired shape of walls and fill the centers of the forms with rebar and concrete (the forms are left in place). The forms which hold the wet concrete in place are left in place to provide additional insulation. With the combined thermal mass of both the concrete and the ICF foam, your finished walls will typically have an R value of upwards of R-50, which can save home owners hundreds of dollars per month in energy bills alone.
